TRE Energy Ltd has a Zero tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking and as a company we are committed to complying with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships with our clients, suppliers and government agencies. In support of this policy we will:

  • Enforce systems and controls in our business to prevent slavery and trafficking of humans.
  • Ensure our existing and new employees are made aware of this policy and practice it in day to day operations.
  • Encourage all employees to raise concerns about any issue or suspicion of modern slavery in any parts of our business at the earliest possible stage.
  • Encourage use of Whistleblowing to report any instances that company employees encounter.
  • Make company employees aware that any breaches of our policies will be treated as a serious offence and be dealt with accordingly
  • Communicate to our supply chain the need to put in place policies for prevention of slavery and human trafficking.
  • Communicate to our supply chain the need to flow down this requirement to their supply chain

This policy applies to all persons working for us on our behalf in any capacity, including Company Directors and all employees, agency workers, contractors, consultants, engineers and any business partner.
